PERSONAL REVIEW:
I tested this bat with Tommy Kunze on 1-14-2010 at Willow Pass Park in Concord, CA. The field is 300 feet all around. We used a mix of high and low compression balls. We tested a 28oz. right out of the wrapper. The Freak 98 DST has got some good pop for a 98mph bat. I was real impressed with the performance and also the size of the sweet spot. Miken's have always been known to have the biggest sweet spots. The Freak 98 DST is very forgiving even if you slightly mishit the ball you can still get a nice hard base hit. The bat also does have enough pop to put em out of a 300 foot field. Reviewed by Anthony Kelly
